More moaning on its way now. Third day of actual training (if you can call what I have done so far training) and I am left to run an entire warehouse by myself surely that on its own is a health risk. Minimal training on a high risk department well it happened I nearly got squashed by the cages I had to use something I havent even been trained to use and arent suppose to touch unless I have had the training. One of the drivers ended up helping me drag the cages which he isnt meant to do. I didnt even have safety shoes for my feet. Then they expected me to fill the freezer department because that is what their back guys do so they automatically thought I would do it. I am struggling to get my breaks in have been all week so I have took it upon myself to finish my shifts early. Last but not least my manager is useless instead of training me or watching me do one of the most important jobs in the store he is to busy helping a young girl learn to do the papers because that is far more important and driving every person he is meant to be training to Worcester and dumping them on someone else just so he can claim back all of his mileage I reckon. Thats it rant over !!!
