More of... WIDE WILLIES WONDERFUL WORDS OF WISDOM For the last few weeks we have been watching the case of Ray Rice, the NFL star player caught on tape punching his wife and knocking her out, its on every news network and sports show out there.. Its their lead story, everyone has an opinion on whos at blame, we all agree that domestic violence (wife beating) is disgusting and should never be tolerated in any circumstance.. But the reason this particular story has legs is it involves a high profile, highly paid player for the NFL, which leaves the door open for finger pointing when it comes to Blame..!! We can easily just blame him, but thats obvious, we need more.. Do we blame her.? No.!! Shes the victim here, and anyone who does should be prosecuted along with him.. I see blame aimed at the coach, the owner, the local police, the NFL, and all the way to seeing the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodells job taken away.. All of which are misguided blame, and serves no cure to the problem at hand, and only makes the public feel good.. NO WHERE, have I seen anyone put the blame directly where it belongs... His Father..!!! Is that a subject that is so PC incorrect that we dare not go there..?? I believe that a good father in the life of all young boys is essential, and the lack of good fathers today is the leading cause of most of our violence crimes, domestic or otherwise..
