More of that Creative Visualization in Action: primarily vegetarian diet + lots of fruit/veggie juice + lots of water + some stress + regular cardio and weights = 1lb or more weight loss per day (so far - down fifteen pounds since mid-March) + slimming waist + buff shoulders + the expectation of standing between John Barrowman and Nathan Filllion at the Phoenix Comicon and holding my own in the Awesomeness department
