More praise for the excellent behaviour of two of our employees from customers this week. Thanks to Rose W at Westcroft for her friendly and patient service in drive thru when serving a lady with two children with learning difficulties. The customer really appreciated the patient, friendly and sensitive approach taken by Rose! Thanks also to Liz at Xscape, who leapt into action when a customer suffered a fit at the front counter. Liz was commended by the mother of the customer for her caring and swift assistance in a high pressure situation. Liz also paid for a meal for the young girl as she hadnt been able to order before the incident. This is what going above and beyond the call of duty is all about! Thanks to you both. Proud of you, and all our people who make it their priority to provide terrific service for our customers like this.
