More proof that age and confusion have set in: phone rings and its our long time family friend to report on a doctors appointment today. Dad answers down stairs at that time I was talking with my oilfield boy about his day and upcoming hunting season. As Scott and I finished our chat I asked dad to relay the info from the doc report. He wasnt responding in a timely fashion or so I thought. I ran upstairs picked up my extension and the friendly three way conversation continued. Lol well another call comes in on the friends line and dad and I were placed on hold. Dad and I proceed to hold a conversation on the land line as if we werent feet apart. Thats a first for me! The boys and I text back and forth because we are simply to lazy to run up and down the steps. Dad and I held our conversation because its just what old people do. 😂👏 my dad is something else!
