More sad news from Welford tonight Please, if anybody is in trouble between now and Christmas just tell somebody, no matter how badly you feel about it. Tell a family member or a neighbour or a stranger, a priest, a nurse, a doctor, a garda, a friend or phone the Samaritans. Many people are in trouble and stretched to the limit but always know that the best present your family and friends can have this Christmas is to have you there with them. Nothing else matters in the least. Your family need you even if and maybe especially if, you are sick, down on your luck or seriously depressed. Nothing would make up for your absence. So ask for help, hang in there, things will get better and you will get better again too. There is light behind the clouds even if you cant see it at this dark time of year. You dont have to feel great or pretend things are fine but there is help available especially if you talk to others. So if all you can say is Help, keep on saying it until somebody hears you. You will not regret it.
