More than 100 books from Project Read : Run For Knowledge were donated to the underprivileged at Rumah Safiyyah, Shah Alam this afternoon. The kids were ecstatic... :) There are 62 children between 3 - 18 years old in Rumah Safiyyah. The books will be placed at their learning centre nearby their home. We also met Jane Wilson, founder of Books for Benefit to donate more than 50 novels. Books donated to Books for Benefit will be sold during various activities and all of the proceeds will go to local charities making a real difference in our community.
