More video from my holiday workout-- so I love the spin bike. Todays spin set was 45-minutes mostly out of the saddle which allows me to grind out the quads and glutes as well core engagement. I set the intensity levels from 14-19 throughout the workout and I usually pretend Im teaching a spin class- yep Im crazy that way! I create a playlist of songs of varying speeds and turn up!! Then on to the Burpee combo set and 4 other plyometric leg/glute exercise combo. Also check out one of my star clients, Lady B doing plank battle rope waves. Try them for 3 sets of 30-seconds keeping but low and core engaged. Have fun!!
