Morena everyone, do you value our rivers? Aotearoa is shaped by more than 180,000 kms of rivers which many are becoming to polluted to swim in, fish in, or even wade in. This upsets me to think that my son wont have the same enjoyment, memories & respect for our rivers as i did growing up. Below is a letter that we are asking people to sign which will be sent to the Environment Minister Amy Adams, challenging her to get tough on water pollution & to set strong standards in reducing the land use which is polluting & killing our rivers!
