Morena whanau this is #Koru just wanted to share this awesome waiata, another classic Maorified haha. #GetUpStandUp Here at Maori Life, there are many admins. Each pitching in with their own unique perspective on things from time to time, sharing with all of you our personal reflections of what Maori Life is about for them and our people, some of you will tautoko the posts and some of you wont.. Like our fans out there, we are a diverse group of individuals who offer our own whakaaro. You the fans are equally welcome to express your opinions without reservation or being made to feel whakaiti, because that is your right as a unique individual. As you can see from recent posts two of our most popular admins #Kauri and #MC45 have very different perspectives on the current political climate. I tautoko their right to their own perceptions about life. Nobody can take that from you. From the time I came of age to vote (18yrs) my late grandfather instilled in me the importance of having a say through voting, which I have done at every election ever since! I am very particular when it comes to casting my vote, I do my research on each party and local MP every election before putting my faith in somebody whom I am choosing to represent my values. In saying that I have become equally as disillusioned as #MC45 with every single party during the past few years and for the first time am undecided about what I want to do. When you vote whanau, its not all about jumping on the hype bandwagon and throwing slander at your rivals.. You MUST seriously consider whether a party has the CAPACITY to run a country effectively, financially, socially and democratically. I will never give my loyalty to a single party, WHY? Because they CHANGE.. the people CHANGE at every election. I would only ever give my vote to somebody I have total CONFIDENCE in.. somebody with genuine INTEGRITY who truly reflects my own personal core values and principles. Change doesnt come from fighting a system.. it comes from everybody sharing the same VISION! Remember everybody is different, so please dont come on here to whakaiti each other or our page. Kia tau te rangimarie, no reira, tena kotou, tena kotou, tena tatou katoa. Arohanui #KORU
