.Mornin.. Pills in. Coffee. A damp, cool 65 degrees. High of 79 today. Cloudy and giving way to some sun. 58 cloudy degrees for a low tonight. Ouch, creak, wobble.Ouch. Swollen knees. Swollen toes and ankles. Lucas MacCane accompanied me to the bathroom this morn. Socks, pants(size 50 are falling off now),Couple of tee shirts. Ate a lot last night. 6 chicken wings that I made for Ethan and Bets. Cooked a small pork tender loin for Bets. I dont think she ate it. She did have a couple of wings. Also ate her home made bread and pickles. Salt free.. A hand full of cherries and a small piece of water melon. Feeling a bit bloated this morning but with the help of my pills this to shall pass. Woke to the crows at first light. Its very quiet now. Some calling from the Jays. Not much flitting through the lilacs. Rocky sleeps on the couch waiting for the door to open. Not much to do today chore wise. Clean up the mess Ethan left in the kitchen. Wipe the counter down please. Its simple. Ill complain less about the start of my day. The crows are calling now. Warm clothes await. Pandora with the Keb Mo and Neville Brothers. The Sub Dudes and the Muscle Shoals station. Been listing to Jelly Roll Morton a lot lately. Love it and him. Great piano player. Trying to fill in with my harps. Trying to find a groove with him. Tough call but fun. Rocky is eyeing me so I guess its time to start moving. Pain is easing a bit. Ill leave Lucas MaCane behind. Warm up my coooofffeee and grab some cherries for breakfast. Dawn Muckey-Rantanen . I hope your feeling a bit better today. Life is riddled with pain of some sort everyday. Enjoy the day folks.
