Leg still makes walking a pain but its slowly getting better. Still some major tenderness and deep muscle swelling. I can deal. I wont be going to the Dock to celebrate Madelyn Levines life tonight. Couch time, movies and news, water and bathroom trips as the pills work their magic. Half a small salad last night. Cheese cake and grapes for dinner. Still no need to cook for anyone. Will make the weekend menu and list for Bets to fill today or tomorrow. Ive no clue as to what to make Ethan and Bets for Saturday and Sundays meals. Smoked salmon , rice and veggies and fruit seems reasonable. No bird sounds so far. No rooster. No jays or crows. No wind. Theres a crow now. Calling from the edge of the woods across the road. Life!.. In my quiet world. The couch and the rest of my coffee and a warm blanket are calling my name. I can sleep after coffee. It makes me sleepy believe it or not. Like a warm cup of hot cocoa. Just gonna rest the knee. Ice it a bit today to try and kill the muscle inflammation and tenderness. Going on a week and 2 days now. Started stretching it last night for muscle memory to kick in.
