Morning Coffee: Learning to Love God is a all encompassing proposition. It will require eventually all of you. Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually, Intellectually giving in to the reality that God is. And when you see all of him in Jesus Christ, you may find yourself perplexed, how is it that God so loved that he gave....himself. Creator of the universe, came in human form to die, showing us a relationship with himself, in Jesus Christ the Son humbled, leaving the heavenly abode, submitting to God the Father. Here is the mystery of the three in one. Never did Jesus Christ cease from being God, never did God cease from being the Father, never did the Spirit of Holy God cease from being the Spirit, yet all personalities, yet all together each separate yet one. Being loved as a sinner, makes you humble. If he loved me as a sinner can he love me more as a saint? No, he can not. He found us as we were, took as as we were and changed us, he put the very Spirit that raised Christ from the grave, he put that within us, if we would but ask, if we would but submit and repent, and confess that Jesus Christ alone is the Lord. The finite mind struggles to accept the three in one as he is infinite, the things he chooses to disclose by his spirit we are freely given, yet the secret things belong to him. I have a mind of Christ, I am able to think Christianly. I have walked in his steps, and I have tasted his sufferings, I am being made into his likeness and it has been a journey. I sit by and I see and i watch so many that want it without the cost it takes to walk it. By his spirit says the Lord, we can not do it on our own, we must allow him through us to do it. Lord I want to be like Jesus, even so come Lord Jesus.......John 3:16 profound yet simple. Blessings as you seek you know as you are fully known.
