Morning Counsel: You have heard , "God helps people that help themselves". Salvation is a gift of God, NO ONE can earn it YET we have the choice to receive it. In the same way, no counselor, therapist, social worker, Pastor, life coach, advisor can "help" you until you really want to be helped. "When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, "Do you want to get well?" "- John 5:6 ... if you are struggling and feel that people have failed you perhaps you need to ask yourself the question, "Do YOU really want to be well?" If you do, no one can prevent that from happening except yourself.
