Morning Devotional for March 17 GIVING THANKS FOR YOU Ephesians 1:16 (HCSB) I never stop giving thanks for you as I remember you in my prayers. 1 Corinthians 1:4 (MSG) Every time I think of you-and I think of you often!-I thank God for your lives of free and open access to God, given by Jesus. Thankful-that is to be your attitude toward others. Believers are challenged to look at their loved ones, friends, co-worker, neighbors, and acquaintances with a spirit of gratefulness. Know that as you read this meditation this morning someone is giving thanks for you-for Gods work in your life and for what you mean to the people around you. You are also called to give thanks for those you know. Even if those people are difficult, you can praise God that he is teaching you through them. You will be amazed at how much God will bless you-making your love for them and for him grow through your thankfulness. Dear God, I am thankful for the people around me. Thank you for growing me through them and increasing my love for them. Amen.
