Morning Everyone, Hope you had a lovely weekend, I have been working on the Party speeches & table plans so can I remind you that I need your table plan now if you havent already sent it. You just need to tell me who you want to sit with even if there is only 2 of you & I will put you onto a table together, if I can I will put you with people from your class so you have familiar faces around you & it helps you to get to know each other better. Remember we have our Fitsteps Party tomorrow evening at Runnymede hall, it will be a new routine, so even if you have been before this will be different & I will be taking payment for the course which will start on Tuesday 21st January £35 members £45 non members, we will have 4 new routines to learn on that course, Rumba,Tango,Passo Doble etc etc You will love it! I am still offering a £5 discount if you sign up a non member & also to PC+ members, we will also be doing Hiit Courses & if you sign up for more than 1 course you will get a £5 discount! Please ask me for details, these courses are going to fill up really quick in January so you must get in before Christmas & save your place! Your Challenge this week is 100 x inner thigh exercises. See you tonight at Herd Lane, 6pm for Aerobics/fitsteps & 7.15pm for Strength & Endurance, please remember to bring hand/wrist weights if you have them, if not bring 2 bottles of water or 2 cans of food!
