Morning Everyone! I was suppose to go the the emergency room last night but I didnt. I planned on going some time today. Every day I say Im going to start taking my meds but I dont. I hate the feeling while taking them so I dont. I missed days in the gyms this week because I was frustrated and tired but Im tired everyday because of this cancer crap so thats another damn excuse. They sent my father home from the hospital yesterday because the insurance wouldnt pay anymore so I slept terribly worry about whats next for my family but most importantly how is my dads wife going to handle him day in and day out. Frustrated that Im not closer to help. The devil is working on me so today I pledge to do right! Im taking my meds everyday like Im suppose to. Im going to the gym at least 4 days a week but will do cardio 7 days a week. Im going to get out my bed and prepare to drive to Hampton this morning so my dad can see my face and just maybe give his wife a break. Im going to hold back my tears and remember how blessed I am. Im going to do right and stop playing with my health so my daughter wont have to bury me at an early age. Im getting it together! This is me convincing myself so pray for me. I got this. Lets go!
