Morning Glory FB Family- I just woke up praying that last night was a nightmare but today I am faced with my reality. Lt. Anthony Brown lost the Governor race last night. I am appalled that we allowed this to happen in my State, after years of Jessie Helms leading the way in my former home state of North Carolina and election disappointments I NEVER thought this could happen in the state of Maryland with all of its wealth, politically and socially correct and Gorgeous folks who are so educated and intelligent. One of my friends worked at a polling both for 15 hours with 400 folks showing up all day. UNREAL. Lesson learned..instead of talking about how bad the other candidate is...remind people of the human touch and your heart for the community. Also I learned be careful who is on your team, some folks do not have your heartstring, surround your campaign and life with folk who exemlify your heart message. With all of Lt. Governors amazing work with our citizens I didnt hear or see enough of it which is why I had to do my part to tell our part of his amazing story which I wasnt hearing. Mainly I just wonder WHO IS STANDING FOR WHO ANYMORE? I boldly promoted our Lt Governor while many folks, refused to put a picture out on their candidate or to share their thoughts openly. Many Hogan voters inboxed me...its your opionion and I respect your right to choose but post him on your Social Media the way you do everything else. Are people side eyeing their preference just to be popular. Where are my BOLD, COURAGEOUS, SAY IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT PEOPLE? Luke Warm is disquisting. Why are we so double minded, many folks like and admire the work of Sisters4Sisters,Inc. and you imitate everything we do but you refuse to acknowledge us openly. Many people are sooo busy thinkig about their agenda that they could care less about a Hurting Community in Crisis.. I am seriously considering running for office because I am totally unhappy with what I am seeing and how Im feeling. I will continue to keep my profile picture and cover picture for Lt. Governor Brown because I am proud of his accomplishments and his heart for Women and those impacted by Domestic Violence. I PROUDLY STAND BY LT. GOV. BROWN even after the election, who are you standing by after their defeat? Do you just walk away when they are no longer popular and you have used them or no longer have a need or following the latest popular trend with the popular people. I am not ranting Im simply revealing the fickle mind of fickle people. I apologized to my Momma Grandma Dr. King and Dr Height this morning. We should be Ashamed...Lord Help me to Hold Out Until Your Change has Come.....
