Morning!!! I know most people do GREAT on their workouts and eating clean during the week but for some reason a lot of us BLOW it all on the weekends. I know, we are human and we enjoy food and we like to relax. BUT, keep in mind that healthy eating doesnt have to be bland and boring and your workout is only a percentage of your day. I got mine done this morning so I can watch basketball all day today :) Start today. Be consistent--and you WILL reach your goals.
