Morning Inspiration: If we say we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth.1st John 1:8-9 There are generally two types of people who think they are sinless. Those who have no faith or belief in God, and feel they have the right to do whatever they want to please themselves; and those who believe they are SO good with God, that they no longer sin. Both types are dead wrong! The Bible tells us For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23). Religious people can get caught up in a false perception of good works and righteousness, ignoring their hidden sins; thoughts and behaviors that still fall well short of the glory God expects from us. In drawing close to Jesus, we easily see our sin, by simply comparing ourselves to Him! This shows us how far we still have to go, and teaches us to use a humble, caring approach in dealing with those who dont yet know Gods saving grace.
