Morning Ladies! Due to this delay we wont do monthly prepays again to avoid confusion and we apologize for the delay. We promise this will never repeat and was the worst delay ever experienced since we started. Understand its the political season that affected imports and this issue was resolved 1st week as promised. They begun clearing and all will be back to normal. Nahco was on strike for almost 3 weeks and import backlogs were much which increase chances of goods spoiling or theft hence why many shippers abroad didnt want the liability of such expense. If based in Nigeria all was on the news and affected everyone all over Nigeria. Was also explained via text and bbm broadcasts. Those that ordered the whitening will be able to enjoy a private sale Jan 1-Jan 14th at 5k each in which they will be made available for delivery asap. Apologies. Same goes for the lip lightener official sale in Jan. We do apologize and appreciate. Thanks so much and we will ensure no more delays like this EVER again. Understand we dont benefit in delays and the reason for the sale was to encourage awareness of the quality of the set hence why we reduced 20k off of a 25k package. The reason being we wanted you to try risk free and we understand the price is quite expensive for many. Its rather unfortunate the timing of events but such does not occur on a regular base in which that would be a time to cause for alarm. Also we have started prepping for deliveries so they go out as soon as possible. They will be sent to the closest reps collectively all over Nigeria to ensure it doesnt cause anymore of a delay. You all will be sent the information of the closest reps details once ready to be picked up at your own convenience rather than waiting or not being available for a scheduled delivery. As mentioned once again we do apologize. As from Feb the price of the set will also be reducing to 15k instead of 25k. God Bless and Thanks so much!
