Morning! Love leg day. Working major muscles boosts metabolism. Today consisted of leg squats with 5-1 pulse super set of leg extension. This works the quads (front upper leg) Then barbell dead lifts super set with dumb bell dead lifts to work the hamstrings (back leg between glutes and the knee) Next up three sets of 20 frog leap squats. Finally... 24 walking lunges, 20 body weighted squats, 20 jump squats. When a muscle begins to fire repeatedly it will begin to heat up. Do what you can and push for the extra couple of repetitions. I will probably feel this tomorrow :-) actually I know I will. Do what you can today knowing you can do the same tomorrow. Have a lovely day, Coach Christie :-)!
