Morning Please see below the statement to the police, SARS and Public Protector as per case number 7/2-009304/14 which concerns the Private Investigator Mike Bolhuis My statement to the Police is as follows: My name is Charles Baloyi. my address is Block 7, Flat 46, Southgate Ridge, Naturena. My cell number is 074 478 4080, id 810908 5809 08 6 I want to share with you a story about an alleged famous Private Investigator Mike Bolhuis who was hired by Malcom Morgan(Automagic JHB owner) to investigate me for a case which has not been brought to my attention since January 2013 till now. I have opened a case of intimidation against Mike Bolhuis at Mondeor Police station and to date nothing has happened as the Police are afraid of him During his limited time of his investigation he soon realised that there was nothing to investigate, he then saw it fit to create a propaganda that everyone would understand and buy into it. He started spreading a story that I am a criminal and people around me are not safe. Those people were colleugues, friends, family, my clients, shopping centres and malls management The biggest catch for Mike Bolhuis was my clients(business people) and shopping malls and centres managers as he would tell them that their lives and properties were in danger and would convince them(business owners) to take his protection service at a fee. He would charge them ridiculous monies from R30 000 to R100 000 per client, and they paid him out fear for their lives( which is a big lie) One of the business owners told me that Mike told him his life was in danger and I am the alleged killer but promised to protect him but a fee. Nothing has happened to the poor soul and Mike would justify this by saying that it never happened because he has put a 24 hour surveillance on me( he bugged my phone, tracking device on my car, cameras in my house, uses my neighbours as spies, etc) When I go to the malls, he follows me and engage with mall management and security to follow me around while I am shopping. He would even bring his own people to do the surveillance. This exercise is meant to give him access to the malls owners and security bosses so that he can demonstrate how he conducts security and his target is getting a security contract Malcom Morgan is a criminal as he is evading tax. He approached me months before this investigation started and said I needed to sort out his tax issues and when I requested information that would enable me to process his business and personal tax affairs, he offered me a bribe in exchange for me filing zero tax returns for himself and the other business called Rento Autobody. When I declined, he then appointed a Private Investigator to harass me He owns Trezimark cc and Rento Autobody cc and earns salaries from both companies. Companies are as follows: 1. Rento Autobody VAT NO: 4290197716 PAYE: 7410773271 UIF: U410773271 INCOME TAX NO: 9074394140 -He has not filed VAT and income tax returns since 2008 but the company is doing well and even bought a house using the company profile 2. Auto Magic JHB ( Trezimark cc) Hide message history VAT NO:4240257537 PAYE: 7920778505 UIF:U920778505 INCOME TAX NUMBER: 9052940195 All his VAT and Income Tax returns from 2011 are understated by between 50 to 100%. Forensic audit is required in this case. He hires foreigners so that he wont have to register them for uif and PAYE. He used the money from this company to rebuild his house from the ground which is worth R5 000 000 today. He reminds me of Julius Malema with his Sandton house I have proof that Malcom is a criminal (Mike is aware of this) and should be prosecuted and Mike Bolhuis(Private Investigator) is at the moment doing everything in his power to protect him from the law enforcement agencies Mike Bolhuis is aware of these crimes committed by his client and he protecting him from prosecution.
