Morning Prayer: Father God, Thank You for this glorious Saturday morning and for waking me to begin the weekend. This morning begins a new month, the month of November and a time of reflection and thankfulness as we prepare for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. Father, we have so much to be thankful for and we cannot praise You enough for all You have done and are continuing to do for us. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life it is so easy to forget to say Thank You. All that we have, You have given to us. I recall the blessings of the past and the joys and blessings of the present. Thank You for showers of blessings that You pour upon us each and every day. Thank You for this reminder in Your Word, Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ Ephesians 5:20. Grant me a grateful heart, Lord, for all the wondrous things that You have done for us, but above all, for the birth of Jesus Christ, our Savior. In the mighty name of Your Son I pray, Amen.
