Morning Prayer to God: Recently my son River walked into the kitchen and out of nowhere said, boy I miss Aunt Karyn. Years ago for Christmas when River was younger and a bit of a nerd, she had given him a book to keep all of his pokiman cards in. He used to get them all out and play for hours before returning them to his special book. When I was pregnant with my daughter Eppie, the good Lord had already blessed me with two wonderful boys but I deeply wanted this one to be a girl. So after the ultra sound I called my mother to tell her it was going to be a girl. In her excitement the first words out of her mouth was, I cant wait to tell Bill. My father at that time had been gone 20 years, yet still her thoughts turned to him. So here is to the God, who gave us the memory part of our brains, which is firmly connected to our hearts, which keeps them alive in all of us. Thank you dear Lord for the memories......
