Morning all. As the gym gets busier and people start thinking about summer I have been asked for more info on the bootcamp sessions. So thought I would post the details on here for those that are interested. The first session will be at 7pm on Thursday April the 3rd (venue TBC). The sessions will consist of a mixture of a circuit class, a main CV element (of approximately 15-20mins) and 4 rounds of 4 exercises lasting 30 seconds each (2 min interval sessions)- these will be conducted in circuit training format (Arms, Legs, Abs, Cardiovascular). There will also be a different overload each week on relevant areas (normally ABS) these will be decided on the day by the participants. We will then end with a group competition - all for a bit of fun (well for me anyway). These classes are open to everybody and as always I try and have a bit of fun, however, this is BOOTCAMP, not knitting club, so prepare to work hard and you will get the rewards. If you are interested then please let me know and I will book you in. WARNING - you may develop what I call fitness turrets with this class, I seem to get called all sorts of nasty names whilst the class progresses - but i LOVE IT!!!!! ;) Im counting on you - Jo Cox, Rozzy Smith, Claire Houghton, Jade Young, Jade Shears, Alex Johnson, Beckie Hammill, Ruth Stephens, Darren Soady, Morgan Huxley, Dominic Olds!!!!!!!!!!!!!
