Morning all Had an interesting inbox message today from a Dan Litchfield from GGH Paratech, don`t know who the guy is and i`ve never had any dealings with him in the past that i am aware of. It seems he doesn`t like the fact that we have developed our own version of what`s known as The `Rem Pod`. He claims to hold a `copywrite` to the technology, which i know to be untrue as the actual technology behind them is over 100 years old. The components are all available if you know where to look for them and how to assemble them, our design is unique and user friendly and the internal assembly is of our own design and making. Now i`m unsure what his version looks like as i`ve never bothered buying anything from him as i`ve always built my own unique equipment that suits Our needs as a group and the needs of our friends such as Mick Doyle(ECPI) EAST COAST PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS and other regular buyers of our equipment. He has reported me to Ebay, which is fine because i don`t advertise on there and he has also just threatened me with a Solicitor as he feels i am in `breach` of a copywrite he has YET to get registered. Sour Grapes, i`ve had people in the past take my designs and my ideas and modify them to make them their own, you don`t see me running off to a solicitor or threatening people, a bit of professional courtesy wouldn`t go amiss instead of an all out threat. Anyway, our version is unlike anything out there at the moment as you`ve seen from the video i posted last night, and it`ll be tweeked and further modified as time goes by, it`s a shame there are so many petty childish people out there, he`s no doubt right now contacting all the admins on the pages where i`ve posted the advert telling them i`ve breached some imaginary legal copywrite law, ahh the joys of Facebook and The Paranormal Community. LOL.
