Morning all! Its that time of year again, and Im starting to think about Christmas bookings. Usually I offer Christmas tree giant cupcakes in various christmassy flavours, rich fruit cakes in a variety of designs, Death by Christmas chocolate mud cakes and a limited number of cupcakes.....and slots go incredibly quickly! So Im wondering, should I go with the old saying if it aint broke dont fix it and offer the same (extremely popular) cakes, or would you like to see anything different?
