Morning all... hows everyone after the pt3 tornado? I hope it went well... wasnt it cheeky of them to underline errors but not tell us that was the case? Nevertheless, it benefitted the students so we shall let that issue slide. Good news. I am currently in negotiations with the local welfare department and we are trying to come up with a English tutorial program that will benefit impoverished students of Sabah in KK/Papar/Ppang/Tuaran to begin with. My first step is to establish a database of teachers who can find it in their hearts to donate a little time and energy running these English tutorials. Details have yet to be worked out. I am trying to get them to cover transport claims but am not sure if there is enough allocationn for tutor allowance but trust me when i say i will try my very best. It should start next year.. and if there are enough tutors we could do multiple centres on rotation basis so not everyone has to teach every week. Just offer your services when it is convenient for you. Anyway, do put ur full name below and I will start a googledoc spreadsheet later on. Remember my question during MoM 3.0: Have you done enough? Well, this is your chance.
