Morning, early birds! Are you eager to make the most of this beautiful day? The Midtown Farmers Market opens at 8 this morning and will serve your breakfast needs quite nicely... The energy is great, too! (BTW, it looks like the links arent working in this mornings post, so weve added them in the comments section below.) If youre looking for a sit-down breakfast with the kids, we like Cap’s Grille on the light rail for their Mickey Mouse pancakes and orange juice...they opened at 7:30, so if youre already in the area, head there. If your pooch is along for the adventure (and has the appropriate license), you cant go wrong with a visit to the dog park at Minnehaha Falls... Fido is welcome at Junket, too, so dont worry about having to leave him in the grocery-getter while you visit us. The Falls themselves are incredible right now: record rainfall has made for quite a display (btw, theyre even lovelier with a double scoop of Sebastian Joes ice cream, available at Sea Salt Eatery). If youre coming for the first time, youll find helpful traffic cones along Minnehaha Ave (theyre Junket orange and will lead the way directly to the shop). Bonus: parking is abundant, even with some utility work going on in the area. So yeah! Were eager to see you, and we hope youll start your morning in our sweet neighborhood... donuts and coffee will be queued up and waiting at 10AM (aka T-02:02:02)!
