Morning fb family and friends- just left my neuro drs office and got an excellent report. No follow up visit unless I need to. Will have another test done in 2 weeks to make sure all is well with back but I already know it is b/c I believe the report of the Lord. My nerve is still healing so when I have nerve spasms my back feels like it did before surgery but dr says thats normal and it takes up to 3 mos to heal. Have to still wear back brace but am to wean myself off of it slowly. Went to physical therapy to learn some exercises. Im good to go and headed to my daughter Amys home. My God is Awesome and the Healer of my soul.
