Morning goes like this: Shower get ready to get prescription. Doctors office calls, you have an appointment for a Cat Scan. Urm, I had one done on the 8th, its on file. No sir we dont have one, erm, well your doctor was looking at it two days ago while I was in his office. Oh, well our fax machine is down can you go get a copy :S Backup plan, stage 2, go pick up prescription, Pharmacy, Oh sorry its not called in yet, Its been two days, sorry nothing here. Call them get it in, would you like to wait? Um, no Im in Pain ill return later. Call doctors office, I did cat scan why isnt it on file? Oh he works at the hospital too, he must have seen it there, erm no, he was on the computer I his office reviewing it with me yesterday, Oh, well then we dont need another one, and if you did you would have to pay for it yourself, but its not on file. Let me connect you with xray at caramont, Hello; name dob etc, Yes we have your cat scan from the 8th. You want it on CD? Grrrrrrr I dont care wat its on, I dont want it, the doctors office does, oh we can fax it to them. Erm, their fax machine is down Maam, she: no comment, when would you like to pick it up? Um as soon as I can?? Ok it will be ready go to second floor bring id. Pharmacy calls, your prescription is ready come get it. Doctors office says our next appointment is on the 29th, earliest one... OMG Who on earth runs these places?? Thank You God for my patience during this frustrating pain and turmoil... Hope everyones day is as exciting and blessed as as mine!
