Morning guys:) hope youve all been well. We arrived back from our jollies on Saturday ready and refreshed to keep on the fight:) It was a much needed break although we had a few moments. Children running round, dancing and laughing and enjoying themselves. It was like a dream most nights where we pictured Louis right there with us and what hed be doing right now. Hed be jumping in the pool and shouting for us to come and watch him as he dive bombed near some swimmers trying not to get their hair wet. Hed be like a gluttonous little bugger going upto the buffet coming back with endless plates piled high and claim he was a growing child, mother. Hed be on the stage showing everyone how to do the gangnam style. Life is so cruel and unfair to take him from us. And watching in love and envy as all the other children ran the roost. I was going to do a FUNNY STORY today but after seeing the news about the poor little boy whos parents took him out of hospital made me decide not to. I can completely relate to this family. Being told that what you get is what you get and there is nothing else for you. Feeling that crushing hope that the godly man in the white coat says that the only treatment is chemo and radiotherapy and there is nothing else out there. Screaming to the top of your lungs and telling them there is. Having to fight and push boundaries because you want your child to live. Knowing there ARE things out there for us it just costs money for us to get as its not given by the NHS. And the truth is, they dont research into terminal illness, they just have a standard NHS protocol which NICE have instructed them with. Its too much money and effort to even try something different that has been given proven results elsewhere and NO medical professional wants to hear that they are wrong. Well truth be told we had the money aside to take Louis out of here to Germany where they could help. They had the answers for now but still not the cure. However they would have increased my sons shitty median survival of a year to more years without the side effects that kill. Louis became too poorly with pneumonia which threw us completely and took Germany from our grasp. This is why its imperative we support and fund the ones who can make that difference. The ones who are testing natural medicines proven on tumour siting with none of the horrors of bog standard medication that ruin a childs life. The medication that does bring on secondary more dangerous cancers. Im too angry for words that the boy is not with his parents now and they have not listened to his pleas. This is why its so so important we raise the awareness and shout it from the rooftops to make THEM have no choice but to invest in our health for once instead of lining the pharmaceuticals pockets. Xxxxxxx
