Morning insight.... A CONSUMER OF JUNK IS A GIVER OF JUNK! You can only give that which you consume. And furthermore.... You will become that which you consume. If you fill your mind with negative thoughts...you will become negative. If you are a person who always looks to receive but never gives....you will never receive what you desire. If you are a person who abuses your body through lack of exercise of poor nutrition....you will not have the energy to maintain a full life and your body will rebel with pain. If you are a person who doesnt invest in yourself spiritually or emotionally through prayer and meditation....your heart and soul will be out of control and your words will often be unkind because your heart is. Choose wisely. It could save or cost you your life...
