Morning love bugs! Grab your ciroc bottle (like me) or wine bottle, gallon jug, dumbells, or kettlebells. Its all about ABS today! You are doing TWO exercises. 20 secs of WORK, 10 secs of REST for 5 MINS (each). FIRST exercise: Feet should stay off ground (cant see mines in vid.) SECOND exercise: is a HALF crunch. Its tougher than a whole sit up MODIFICATION: do the movements without weights and keep feet in the ground if youre straining your neck
