Morning lovely people..Happy school holidays!Pat and Mom just got back from the harbor with some Gigantic Mozambique Crab and Fresh Fish, its still moving!They now starting to prepare a saucy Gravy packed with south Indian spiced flavors with the curry leaves simmering in the background with Durban green chillies and onions for what has to be the CRAB Curry,.Not for the feint heated! The Chilli Bars Flagship dish,the Durbs Lamb curry is cooking already,the Butter Chicken has just had the Yogurt delicately poured into it.The Dhall is on the boil and for the vegetarian we cook for you on the spot in 20 quick minutes.I got to run,we setting up the Chilli Bar for a day filled with good company,good food and Good wine.Spend your day with us,later we will cross LIVE to Brazil for a Feast of World Class Football..The Chilli Bar where old friends Meet!
