Morning my freaks and friends, Great day out there and I am looking forward to getting a few things done in the sunshine today. Not that they will all get done, but I will give it a good go anyway! Three more doc appointments, two meetings, one consult and I am ready for the tribunal. Wonder if Matt is going to show up and who he is going to bring as witnesses. Whatever he does my paperwork is as ready as it is going to be, and my witnesses are available they say, so there is no more I can do now except wait. Will be interesting to see if Matthew brings the other Matt (Perry) as I know there are a few questions we would like the opportunity to ask him under oath! Have decided that once this is done, I will try some different counselling therapy to try to move forward and leave this crap all behind me. There are some days when I wonder if Matthew will ever say he is sorry, but that is his decision to make, not mind to will upon him. I think he is gone forever, and his pride will not allow him to admit he made a mistake. Been searching for a place to call home and it is difficult as Peterborough was my choice years ago before I knew it was going to evolve into the nasty place it has become. It was a nice town, now it is a little Toronto or LA, full of lazy drunk and wasted people that have no desire to try to get ahead, or invest in themselves to invest in their future. It seems that if it does not come to them on a silver platter they will not go seek the silver platter, but rather wait for the next one to come by and if it is close enough, they may reach out for it, but not if they have to get up off their ass to reach it! Sad, so very sad, a waste of an entire generation! Two local franchises have asked if I would be interested in headhunting management positions for them, yet who could I recommend considering the pool of unqualified, unmotivated, potential hires available. Considering the lack of values and standards displayed by most that I considered it is heart breaking to know there are good jobs available, but no one I would feel comfortable recommending. A shame really as there are not many $18 an hour and up jobs out there these days! Well, Ive got things to do, and people to call so Ill post again later today maybe. Stand tall and stay safe.
