Morning prayer: This is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and be glad in it! Eternal and Everlasting God our Father, our Source, our Strength, and Redeemer, how excellent is your name above all the earth! We pause this morning to give you praise, not so much for the gifts found under the tree but more so for the Everlasting Gift called Christ that you strategically hung on the tree for our sake! Its because of Christ that we live, move and have our being! Although this Christmas may be bitter sweet for some, give us the strength to press through our private pains and the strength to survive our secret storms! We boldly declare this morning that the spirit of depression will not discourage us, derail us or destroy us from feeling the fullness of your Divine joy!! This joy that we have the world didnt give it and the world cant take it away!! Our Joy, Peace and Happiness wasnt purchased in Wal Mart, Macys or JC Pennys, but every Good and Perfect Gift can only come from above! Thank you Lord, for the Gift called Grace because your Grace is sufficient and your Strength is made perfect in our weakness! In the Mighty and Merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray and let every believer say Amen. .Amen. ..so be it!! Sometime in the course of the day we should all get down on our knees and thank God for the (many) things that He has brought us through! Merry Christmas everyone!
