Moroccan flavours and spices, such as cumin, lemon, honey and coriander, work perfectly for a summer lamb marinade. Take a look at our latest #CookWithAEG recipe for a Moroccan marinade. Ingredients: 2 tbs oil 2 tbsp runny honey Juice of 2 lemons Thumb of ginger, finely chopped 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp cinnamon Method: 1. Mix the oil, honey and lemon in a non reactive bowl or container and then add the chopped ginger. 2. Add all the dry ingredients and combine well. 3. Add lamb chops, cover and marinate for at least two hours in the fridge before cooking.
