Continually cultivate new business through the ongoing development of current and new realtor, builder, and referral relationships. Interview new and existing clients to determine their needs and consult on available products, terms, conditions, and rates available based on their financial position and credit data. Assist borrower in completing the loan application, required forms, and gathering appropriate documentation necessary for beginning the loan process. Prepare complete loan package for submission to processing/underwriting and follow loan throughout process to ensure compliance with terms Communicate with borrowers and related third parties to keep them updated and engaged in successfully completing the loan process.
