The Israeli TV channel 10 said that the two ballistic missiles were fired as an exercise to launch ballistic missiles from an Israeli warplane. After the US Defense Ministry said it had no information on the issue, Israel said that it carried out a missile drill on interceptor missile system funded by the US.
