Most Americans dont have a clue what a constitutional republic is or they would be demanding impeachment of our current president. Well, at least the people that arent blind lemmings supporting him because of misguided ideology. We have three branches of government. One branch makes law, another interprets law, the third enforces law. This is legislative (congress), judicial (courts), and executive (the president) and they are all SEPARATE! Once congress passes a law, such as the Affordable Care Act, and then the courts interpret it to be just and sound and in harmony with our constitution, then it MUST be enforced by the president and the White House administration, without prejudice! Period! This president has changed, modified, restricted, exempted and in dictatorial fashion, treated his office as if he has the power of the other two branches! He cant just interpret and change laws!!! This is a CLEAR violation of the separation of powers! Imagine if President Bush, after passing the Patriot Act, decided he was going in and changing, modifying, restricting and exempting parts of that law at his discretion! The democrats would have screamed impeachment! What president Obama is doing is beyond a crime! It is an affront to the founding document that he has sworn an oath to uphold! Where are you democrats? Its time to put principle above politics!
