Most all of you know that a man (I use this word loosely - I think he is more of a coward than a man!) was arrested in Canada and is being charged in the death of my son and his 4 brothers in arms. He has had his 1st extradition hearing and was found extraditable but he appealed both justices decisions. I have learned that his appeal hearing will be held on May 1st, and that BOTH appeals will be heard at the same time. My stomach is in knots! This is a HUGE step forward in getting this man sent here to the US to stand trial for killing my son and his 4 brothers! IF I am reading correctly - this will be his ONLY appeal. (If I have anyone from Canada - please speak up on how the appeals process works there!) BUT however it works - it is ONE step closer! I NEED this trial to happen! I NEED it to happen BEFORE I die. I WILL attend this trial. I WILL be there to be my sons eyes and ears. He WILL SEE justice done through me!
