Most countries have a holiday celebrating their independence from whatever country once ruled them. America obviously celebrates this holiday on July 4th. But since we are America and that means we want to have it all and we party the hardest, we also have a holiday for the exact opposite situation, the day that can be viewed as essentially the beginning of the hostile takeover of the Native Americans. I refer to that day as Thanksgiving. Some might say the true beginning of our hostile takeover is celebrated as Columbus Day but that day is actually just a big joke since it celebrates a man discovering a place that already has people living in it and I dont celebrate jokes, I merely laugh at them. So, as Americans lets all take a day off work (I will be working a normal shift today) and celebrate how we stole an entire continent away from the natives and then tomorrow we can all go spend a bunch of money on junk. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
