Most criminal cases arent even tried in criminal court they are tried in maritime court under the guise of criminal law! Criminal cases under the constitution must have a living breathing victim! The state is not a living breathing victim! Hence the term victimless crime! When you look at the court papers if your name appears in all caps you are then being prosecuted under maritime law! Your name only has caps on the first letters of your name otherwise you are incorporated! When you walk through the flapping little gates to the table of defendant or plaintiff you are symbolizing walking onto the bridge of a ship, always address the judge as your honor judge! And ask under what jurisdiction the court is operating! Sounds stupid but these actions will force the court to try you in the correct manner under the correct procedures that were put in place by the constitution to protect defendants from felonious prosecution. When you are being questioned by a cop the single most damning thing you can do to thwart a illegal investigation is can this be used against me in a court of law if the cop says yes you then plead the 5th and shut down and dont say a word until you have a lawyer present, if they say no you ask am I being detained if so for what and what probable cause do you have for such a detainment? If not am I free to go!
