Most everyone can do a plank, make sure to keep these in mind and make the most of it! Number 3 is the easiest to forget. #TechniqueTuesday 1. Line up elbows directly underneath your shoulders. 2. Ground your toes into the floor and keep your ankles locked together. 3. Squeeze your glutes and quads while pulling your hips inward as if you were trying to have your hips meet your belly button. Tighten your abdominals. 4. Keep a neutral neck and spine to create a straight, strong line from head to toes. Look down to floor to help keep a neutral neck position.
