Most guys like to pyramid up ...meaning increasing the weight up to their max ....I like to pyramid down ...starting with my max ...not my one rep max which my boy Darion Williams helped me get up to 345 ....but this is my working set max which is 315.... I start off fresh no warm up set or nothing ...get that for MAYBE 8 reps ...5 at least , then drop down to 275 for 10-13 reps ....then 225 for 12-15 reps ....then depending on how I feel Ill bang out 135 for anywhere from 50-100 reps ....just tryna get out the whole concept of putting a max reps on sets ...instead of just training til failure and cutting down on rest times
