Most of our ancestors came here from somewhere else for a better life - whether it was hundreds of years ago or in the last decade. We can learn from other cultures and enrich the culture that we already enjoy. But there are those who feel the need to change our culture, to enforce the laws and customs from where they have come from, we as Australians need to ask ourselves, Why are they here? This is a country where the ANZACs and the DIGGERS where born, a country that thrives on mateship, a country that is accepting of others differences, but we are Australians and anyone who chooses to live here chooses to be an Australian with all that it entails including our laws. For those who cannot live with the laws of this land and want to change them they do not have a place here, it is time for Australians to stand up and not be so complacent about what is happening to our country!
