Most of the Detroit sports media and national sports media is still under-estimating the Detroit Lions. They predict them to go 7-9 (or 6-10) and miss the playoffs again, but theyre missing the fact that Jim Caldwell is a much better head coach, as well as offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell and defensive coordinator Teryl Austin. They bring lots more of the discipline back to Detroit. They can help the Lions, even their secondary defense, which is new and improved now, go around 12-4 and at least make it to the NFC Championship Game and perhaps even their first Super Bowl Championship. So for those naysaying media members out there, just watch and see.
