Most of the vitamin supplements out there are toxic and inorganic. The body cannot assimilate inorganic minerals. Why take a vitamin C supplement when you can buy some camu camu? (the worlds highest source of vitamin C - 30 times more vitamin C then orange). Also watch out for what your supplement capsules are made of? Make sure they are vegetarian capsules. Does it say gelatin? Would you like crushed animal bones going into your body? Vegans watch out! I have bought products in the past without realizing that the capsules were made out of gelatin. YUK. Pretty much most of the vitamin and herbal supplements out there on the market are useless. Always buy the best quality products you can find. You are worth it. You DESERVE the best.
